The diffraction spectrum with the polycrystalline elements is properly similar to the normal JC-PDF card according to the reflective peak. The results point out that the polycrystalline resources are significant-high-quality AgGaGeS4 polycrystals with solitary period. Solitary crystal was synthesized successfully by using the AgGaGeS4 polycrystals.
